Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the images and prompts you submit. By using our service, you grant us a license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. For public creations, you grant other users the right to view and download your creations.

Commercial License

All subscription plans include a commercial license for generated vectors. You may use generated vectors for commercial purposes, subject to the terms of your subscription.

Credits and Subscriptions

Credits do not roll over from month to month. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Credits are non-refundable. Once credits are purchased or granted as part of a subscription, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred. Credits are consumed when used for vector generation and cannot be restored once used.

No Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Subscription fees or payments
  • Credits purchased or granted
  • Used or unused credits
  • Service fees or charges

By purchasing a subscription or using credits, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this no-refund policy. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service and any remaining credits until the end of your current billing period, but no refunds will be issued for the current or previous billing periods.

Governing Law

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.
